Get to Know Amy: Ward Insulation's Office Manager
Tell me about your role at Ward Insulation. What do you do?
I am the office manager here. I manage all incoming requests for estimates, assist with scheduling, billing and customer questions, and provide support to our sales consultants. So, if you need help getting set up with us, you'll most likely go through me!
What does a typical day in the life of Amy look like?
See above...and add lots of coffee drinking!
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with such a wonderful group of people here, interacting with customers over the phone and in person. Oh, and the home shows are tons of fun!
What are you passionate about?
Serving others and living a life that reflects my faith in Jesus Christ, being the best mom I can be to my two amazing children, and serving on the Salvation Army board. I am big into health and fitness as well, and a goal of mine is to own a gym and do some life coaching!
Are you from Wyoming? What's your favorite part about living here?
I am from Colorado originally...a small town called Kremmling that boasts a population of about 2,000 people. The past 18 years I lived in the Denver Metro area, and when that began to get a little too crazy, I moved to Wyoming. That was in 2015. The people that live here and the small-town feel make it a wonderful place to be! I also love that there's no state income tax, great schools for my kids and easy access to outdoor activities.

I love frozen yogurt bars or a piece of fruit!
