Get to Know Chris!

Tell us about your role at Ward Insulation.

The activities that fill my role fluctuate on a daily basis, based on what’s needed for our customers, our employees and the company. When I started here three and a half years ago, I was knocking doors and educating homeowners about the insulation rebate program in Cheyenne.

We’ve grown a lot since then. Today, I handle insulation and concrete lifting sales in Cheyenne and the surrounding areas, as well as Northern Colorado, including the rebate program in Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont and Estes Park.

I’m certified as a BPI Building Analyst and most recently as a NRPP Radon Measurement Provider and Mitigator.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is making our customers homes more comfortable, safer and energy efficient. It’s a great feeling!

Have you always lived in Cheyenne?

I was born in Grand Forks, ND on the Air Force base. My parents moved me to Cheyenne at a year old, and my Dad was originally from Torrington, so I usually just tell people I’m a native!

What’s your favorite part about living here?

My favorite part is watching Cheyenne and it’s residents grow. I have always felt connected to this place and don’t ever see that changing.

What song do you have on repeat?

"Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple. It just gets me going!
